                                                 SEM922F Motor Grader

SEM922 grader is mainly applied to large-area ground leveling, ditching, slope scraping, bulldozing, ripping and snow removing works for highways, airports and farmlands etc. This grader possesses advanced performance, high working efficiency and comfortable operation and it adopts international matching parts as its critical components. In all, the grader is ideal equipment for modern constructions for defense engineering, urban and suburb road engineering etc.

The engine is reliable in performance and high in power and this provides the product with stable and reliable power output under various working conditions; the throttle adopts coordinated control and it possesses easy, convenient and reliable operation.

The 6-speed gearbox with rational distribution of gear ratio provides the machine with 3 working speeds so that working reliability and flexibility are guaranteed. The rear axle is 3-section drive axle with NO-SPIN self-locking differential. Electric instruments and hydraulic components from internal famous manufacturers ensure the reliability of the vehicle.The brake system adopts advanced hydraulic brake control technology in the world and safe and reliable brake application is guaranteed. The articulated frame and the full-hydraulic front wheel steering provide the vehicle with small turning radius and flexible steering. The luxury, full-field and fully sealed cab can be equipped with warm-and-cool air-conditioner.

The novel and chic appearance, streamline glass fiber reinforced plastic engine hood provide easy engine maintenance and good heat dissipation. Special tires for grader driving are applied and general purpose tires can be supplied to customers when needed.
