The X/CMG GR Series Motor Graders are mainly used in ground leveling ,canalling , slope scraping ,earthmoving ,scarification or snow removal work on road, airfield ,farmland ,and so on .They are necessary construction machines for national defense engineering ,mine construction, town and country roads building ,and farmland improvement.
1. Power system
GR135 uses Dongfeng Cum/mins 6BT5.9-C130-II turbocharged diesel engine. It has large output torque and power reserve coefficient and low fuel consumption.
2. Transmission system
The transmission system consists of a hydraulic torque converter, a power shift gearbox, a drive shaft, a rear axle and a rear wheel. The gearbox and torque converter are YD13 electronically controlled power shift and fixed-axis gearbox produced by Hangzhi. The torque converter has a large torque conversion coefficient, high efficiency and a wide high-efficiency zone, and has good joint working characteristics when matched with the engine. The gearbox has six forward gears and three reverse gears, and has a neutral start protection function. The gear shift is electro-hydraulic control, which is flexible to operate, has no impact when shifting, and has a reasonable speed ratio distribution, meeting various working conditions.
The drive axle is a special drive axle for XC/MG. The rear axle adopts a balanced suspension method to ensure that the load on the four wheels is uniform, which is conducive to giving full play to its adhesion ability. The rear axle main drive is equipped with a "NO-SPIN" non-self-rotating self-locking differential. When one wheel slips, the other wheel can still transmit its original torque. Therefore, the whole machine can be guaranteed to have sufficient traction regardless of the road conditions.
3. Braking system
The braking system consists of a service brake system (i.e., foot brake) and a parking brake system (i.e., hand brake). The service brake is a dual-circuit hydraulic brake system, which acts on the four middle and rear wheels of the grader, and the braking is safe and reliable. The parking brake system consists of a manipulator and a brake.
4. Front axle
The front axle is a steering axle. The bridge body can swing left and right. In addition to the front wheel steering, the machine also uses an articulated frame, which can further reduce the turning radius.
5. Working device
The working device consists of a traction frame, a slewing bearing, a scraper, an angle positioner, etc. The front end of the traction frame is a ball joint, which is hinged to the front end of the frame, so that the traction frame can rotate and swing in any direction around the ball joint. The slewing circle is supported on the traction frame and can rotate around the traction frame under the drive of the slewing drive device, thereby driving the scraper to rotate. The back of the shovel has two upper and lower slide rails supported on the slide grooves of the angle positioners on both sides, which can slide sideways under the push of the shovel side shift cylinder. The shovel changes the shoveling angle, and the change angle reaches 40° in front and 5° in the back
