▪ The 300hp engine uses a Bo-sch fuel system, a 250bar high explosion pressure cylinder, and a 2000bar fuel system, which can easily cope with complex field conditions and walking conditions, providing continuous
and stable power for harvesting work.
▪ The operator can adjust the engine's multi-power state output (light load, medium load, heavy load) to easily reduce fuel consumption.
▪ The engine cooling fan blades are intelligently hydraulically driven, which can automatically clean the radiator core and reduce equipment maintenance time.
▪ The front section of the drum adopts a 13° low cone angle guide cone, combined with high-strength and
large-pitch conveying blades, to make crop feeding more efficient; the middle section adopts a corrugated rod rubbing element, which makes threshing gentler; the last section is equipped with an inclined separation plate to accelerate the backward movement of the material and reduce the separation load of the drum.
▪ The system can be widely used in the harvesting of various crops such as wheat, corn, soybeans, and rice. Our company's flexible threshing technology can achieve a wheat harvest loss rate of less than 0.4% and a corn harvest grain breakage rate of less than 1%. ▪ The electronically controlled opening and closing large grain tank has a capacity of 9000L,which reduces
the time and frequency of grain unloading during harvesting, increases the operating area per unit time, and makes work more efficient.
▪ To ensure that you will not waste too much time in the grain unloading process, we have also specially designed a spiral conveyor with a diameter of 300mm, and the grain unloading speed can reach 60 L/S.
