Putting Operators First
The 309° Panoramic Cab offers superior safety, giving operators a better view of their working surroundings. Operators will enjoy the comfort of a clean space in the pressurised cab that effectively shuts out dust, and with air conditioning to provide temperature control and access to a constant flow of fresh air. Operator's fatigue is reduced with fewer turning laps. Sedentary discomfort is eased with high-backed seats. This wheel loader is easier to operate, with an ergonomic electric control gearbox enabling smooth shifting.
Reliable Components
The 848H wheel loader has a QSB7 engine with Stage IIIA emissions. The ZF200 automatic transmission offers more comfortable operations as well as reduced gear reduction. The full-variable load-sensitive hydraulic system is energy saving, as displacement can be adjusted according to load. When in second gear, and if the speed is lower than the maximum speed for second gear, at the touch of a key, the gears will automatically shift to first gear in the current direction of operation. If the operator changes the driving direction, the gearbox automatically shifts to the reverse direction of 2 gears.
Radiator Installation
The 848H features a single-layer, open parallel radiator with a working temperature of up to 45°C. The variable hydraulic system drive fan and intelligent temperature control system reduces energy and oil consumption by monitoring and adjusting the fan speed in real time. The turbocharger and CAC increase air density by cooling the intake air, improving combustion efficiency and reducing harmful emissions. The single-layer and open fan design with positive and reverse rotation provides easy maintenance and prevents radiator blockages.
Fast Maintenance
Easy-to-access service points and a wide opening engine hood make maintenance and checks quick and easy to perform. Maintenance teams save time and hassle on radiator cleaning, oil checks and replenishment, and the replacement of hydraulic hoses, and air, diesel and oil filters.
