XM503K road milling machine is an asphalt road maintenance and construction machine mainly used for the maintenance operations of municipal roads and as the auxiliary construction implement for large milling machines. It can realize the small-area digging and renovation of asphalt concrete pavements, including highways, downtown roads, airports, cargo yards, and parking lots, and can be used for the removal of road bulges, asphalt ripples, overlapping curves, and tracks and for the scuffing of cement roads and the milling of pavement jumps. It can realize the milling along edges and manhole covers. It can realize the road crushing function if the optional hydraulic pickaxe is installed and realize the milling of roadside rumble strips if the optional rumble wheel is installed.
* Power system: It adopts the advanced, mature and reliable new generation SC4H water-cooled engine with four valves and 140 horsepower from Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd., which has strong power and low fuel consumption.
* Travel system: It is tire-type, four-wheel drive, adopts hydraulic and mechanical drive mode, can be continuously variable, and has one driving gear and three working gears. The rear wheel is an independent suspension support wheel. The right rear wheel can swing back inwards, which is convenient for milling along the edge.
* Steering system: Full hydraulic front axle steering, with steering angle indication function; small steering radius, can mill along the caisson cover.
* Milling system: It adopts hydraulic and mechanical transmission mode, which makes milling reliable and powerful; imported cutter head ensures the service life of the cutter; it has the function of slow rotor rotation, which is convenient for changing cutters.
* Milling depth control: It allows wedge milling through the lifting and lowering adjustment of the left and right rear outriggers, and has two-speed depth control function; a depth indicator is installed on the rear outrigger to display the milling depth. The equipment can be equipped with an automatic leveling system as an option.
* Conveying system: It has a fully enclosed conveyor belt, a maximum unloading height of 3.8 meters, a 30-degree swing capability and the function of adjusting the unloading height.
* Roof: The hydraulic cylinder lifts the roof, and the height is electrically controlled, which is more convenient for transportation. * Sprinkler system: The fan-shaped water nozzle sprays water onto the cutter head to cool the cutter and reduce the dust diffusion during milling. The large-capacity water tank allows the machine to work uninterruptedly for longer. The electric water pump and sprinkler nozzle are easy to disassemble and clean.
* Driving station and instrument panel: The seat can be adjusted forward and backward; the operating platform is spacious; the instrument panel and each operating handle are in line with the ergonomic design concept, comfortable to operate and have a good view.
* Lighting system: The machine is equipped with night working lights to facilitate night operations.
* Hydraulic pick (optional): Quick-change joint connection can achieve road crushing.
